By installing or using SiteWatch Lite (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

1. Description of Service

SiteWatch Lite is a Chrome browser extension that monitors webpages for content changes and sends desktop notifications when changes are detected. The Extension operates entirely within your browser with no cloud-based components.

2. Pricing & Payment

1. The Extension offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier.
2. Pro subscriptions are processed through ExtensionPay (Stripe). We do not store your payment information.
3. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not provided. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve it or process a refund.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Monitor pages in a way that violates the target website's Terms of Service
• Overload or disrupt any website through excessively frequent checks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension's source code for redistribution
• Transfer your Pro license to another person

4. Limitations & Disclaimers

1. The Extension monitors pages only while your browser is running. It is not a cloud monitoring service.
2. Pages requiring authentication (login) cannot be monitored, as the Extension does not send cookies.
3. Single-page applications with JavaScript-rendered content may not be fully supported.
4. Website structure changes may affect monitoring accuracy.
5. The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including missed notifications, inaccurate change detection, or decisions made based on the Extension's output.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Extension are owned by the developer.

7. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Extension at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the developer's jurisdiction.
